Arbogast Luminous Hula Popper In Box
The lure is nice with light wear, a missing skirt and looks to have a bit of black factory over spray paint on it. It still glows brightly! The box is stamped 752 B, which I don't think is correct, and still has the pocket catalog. This is a tough to find color!
