Heddon Possibly Latiano Repainted Shiner Scale Jointed Vamp

The lure is nice with light wear and two of the hooks have been replaced. I believe the back and the head/face may have been repainted. It's done very well and it looks like something Ed Latiano would have done. This bait came with a lot of other lures Ed had made so that is my best guess. It's a neat one!
