Unknown Possibly HICO Black White Head Minnow

The lure is pretty nice with a paint chip on the head and otherwise light wear. It may also be over varnished. I'm not sure which company made it, but possibly Horrocks Ibbotson. It's a desirable color regardless of who made it!
