Foster Baits Boots Anderson Tennessee Shad

The lure is nice with light wear. Not sure if that lip is replaced or normal for the company to have that much excess glue on it. I"m guessing it was fisherman done, but the lure itself looks pretty nice, so kinda strange if they did.
