Bagley Silver Shad SSH Small Fry Super Shallow On Card

The lure is unused and still sealed on the original card. The bubble has yellowed over the years and it has a few dents and small holes/cracks but the lure is safe inside. The card is stamped 4SSF3-SS (the "h" has run off the card). You don't see this one every day!
