Return Policy

If your item arrives not as described, or in a different condition than shown in the listing, it may be eligible to be returned. Returns will not be accepted due to changing your mind about a purchase. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item to be considered for a return, and it must be sent back promptly upon approval. Any damage caused by the buyer (whether by cleaning, adding/removing hardware, dropping the lure, etc.) will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.

We strive to show and describe our items accurately by showing pictures of all sides with any wear mentioned and/or shown, so returns only happen on a very rare occasion. Thank you for shopping with Lure Lagoon!
