Folk Art Egg Shaped Lure With Shakespeare Prop

The lure is pretty nice with a little normal wear. I'm not sure on the maker, but I'm guessing this one is folk art or homemade. It has old parts, including a Shakespeare prop, but I'm not sure when it was made. It's a really cool piece that came out of a big collection of old lures bought in Central, PA.
